We design customize Tools as per our customer’s Drawings. We also have Reverse Engineering capabilities to design the Tools and Dies, if the CAD Data / Drawings are not available. We are using the following Software:
Tool & Die shop is equipped with CNC and conventional Machine Tools.
OTS (Off Tool Sampling) is an interactive process to incrementally improve the geometrical accuracy and quality of parts/components made from new tooling and ensure the finished parts match the design specification and intent.
After OTS, The parts is inspected using CF (Checking Fixture). All components are checked on Inspection Fixture before packing and dispatch. If our customer does not provide us with CFC (Checking Fixture Concept) we design and propose CFC in the light of Part Drawing and in close coordination with our customer.
